4:15 – 4:45pm: Joe Kellogg
*Discuss assessing current town hall departments/operations, make recommendations to the Board

4:45 - 5pm: Accountant/Treasurer
*Update of closing of FY15 books

5pm –- end of meeting: Administrative:
*Michael banner possible senior tax work off i.e. mowing Comm Center (SJ)
*Executive Session minutes (KB)
*Continue discussions re: Select Board presence in town hall; review opinions from Counsel, AG and Ethics
*Approve 8/24/15 minutes
*Sign/review Treasurer and Accountant warrants
*Review mail

Future Meeting:
*Fire Chief: selling fan boat
*Long range plan for Lake Garfield & Lake Buel
    -Lake summit meeting planned for Sept 30th at 4:15pm
*Create a Memorial Day plan and clarify everyone’s roles
   -Reconditioning of the rifles
*Update project lists
*Town Hall/Saturday Coverage & Time off planning/policies – continue discussions after Joe Kellogg assessment
    - Continue discussion of results of town hall services survey
*Continue discussions about Assistant Harbormaster on Lake Garfield

  • Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 39 § 23C:  Regulation of participation by public in open meetings.  No person shall address a public meeting of a governmental body without permission of the presiding officer at such meeting, and all persons shall, at the request of such presiding officer, be silent. If, after warning from the presiding officer, a person persists in disorderly behavior, said officer may order him/her to withdraw from the meeting, and, if he/she does not withdraw, may order an officer.
